Cancel and Rescheduling:
You must cancel or reschedule within 3 days of booking. If you try to do either one of those options before the 3 day limit, you will not receive a refund of your deposit.
Images:
I strive to maintain consistent quality in all edited images by putting forth my best efforts. The standard delivery time for raw, unedited .jpg images is typically between 24 to 72 hours. For edited images, the standard turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks, as specified within different packages. It is advisable to schedule your shoot at least three weeks in advance of when the images are needed. In the event that a client selects an incorrect image and post-production work has already been completed by the photographer, an additional fee will be incurred for re-editing the chosen picture.
Payment Policy:
I accept payments through Website, Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
No refunds on completed images.
Late Policy:
Kindly respect both our time commitments by arriving promptly, ideally 10 minutes before your scheduled session. In the event of lateness, there’s a risk of session cancellation or shortened duration. If we can still proceed, the following penalties apply:
- 15 Minutes Grace Period
- Beyond 30 Minutes Late: $50 fee added to the remaining balance.
